The Beulah Heights Social Integration Program was developed to meet the needs of this ever growing population. By taking a three-tiered approach through our Social Integration Program (BHSIP) we assist the homeless population in New Haven and have impacted and reduced the rate of homelessness significantly. The first step is to address the needs of the population we are serving by being an intermediate provider to create protective factors against the social ills they face. We offer these services during high risk hours and days when families and individuals needs support the most.
